Train your chatbot with your zoho books information

1. Log in to Mightychat and go to the Account page.
2. On the Account page at the bottom of the page look for the Connections section.

3. Click on the button with the text Connect. As shown in the picture.

4. After the above action, the application will redirect you to your Zoho books account to approve the necessary permissions on the Mightychat connection. Click on the button with the text “Accept”, “Aceptar” or “Approve”.

5. After having approved the permits. The app will redirect you to Mightychat on the Account page. To verify that the connection was successful, redirect to the Connections section at the bottom of the Account page and you should see it as shown in the image below.

6. Now enter the page to create a chatbot. When you are on this page, select Zoho books as your data source. Then enter your Organization ID and choose the modules. Then click on the button with the text Verify organization. Wait for the organization to finish verifying and as a last step, click the Create chatbot button.

If you don’t know where to find your “Organization ID“, log into your Zoho books account and click on the top right where your company logo is located and a section will appear with your account information, there you can obtain your “Organization ID“.
