Follow this steps to integrate your MightyChat agent with your SalesIQ Zobot. This will allow you to deploy AI agent on:
- Website
- Instagram account
- WhatsApp business account
Step 1. Create and prepare your Zobot
On your SalesIQ dashboard, click con “Config” and then click on “Zobot”
If you don’t have any Zobot created yet, you will see the following screen, click on “Add”
Or if you have existing Zobot(s), you will see a screen like this. Click on “Add”
Set a name for your Zobot, choose Third-party platforms, select Webhook, and click on Next.
Set a description for your bot, choose the brand you want, select the departments you desire, choose the channels you prefer, and set the working hours for Zobott (it is recommended to set the working hours to 24/7, selecting all the ticks as shown in the image).
Configure the audience settings for your Zobot. This is the recommended configuration, but you are free to choose the one that best fits your needs.
Connect your Zobot to our server, entering this URL and click on Create Bot

Disable the “Secure your webhook” option as shown in the image. The bot will send you the following message: “MightyChat Message: This Zobot is not integrated with MightyChat yet.”. Then, click on “Publish”.
At this point, you can close the SalesIQ tab and continue with Step 2.
Step 2. Connect your Zobot to MightyChat
On your MightyChat Agent dashboard, click on Deploy and then, click on Connect on the Zoho SalesIQ section:
⚠️IMPORTANT: You can only link one Zoho account to your MightyChat account.
Once MightyChat gets Zoho authorization, you can continue with integration process. Select the portal to which your Zobot belongs and click Next.
Then select the Zobot you prepared in the Step 1 and click Next
If everything is ok, you will get a Successful Integration message like this:
Congratulations! Your Zobot is now connected to your MightyChat Agent.
Additional: Remove the default Zobot pre-chat
By default, the Brand that hosts your Zobot is configured to do some pre-chat to get information from the user. This might be something you don’t want to happen. Here’s how to deactivate it:
